Meet Angie
Angie brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience to the Restorative team, along with a skill set that spans some of the most effective modalities in massage therapy. What sets her apart is her ability to deliver a truly complete session, one that addresses your specific areas of discomfort without sacrificing the restorative, full-body relaxation that makes the work last.
Her approach is intentional and client-centered: she listens, she adapts, and she makes sure you leave feeling both cared for and genuinely better.
Angie is trained in:
Her sessions blend focused therapeutic work with a full-body approach that leaves you both relieved and genuinely relaxed — not one or the other.
A little about Angie: She grew up on a farm, attended a small-town school, and is a proud graduate of the Omaha School of Massage Therapy. Angie is married with two children and loves how her career connects her to her clients' journeys.
Meet Zen
Zen has been an LMT for 8 years, and is passionate about the holistic healing journey.
Zen specializes in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, a unique unwinding modality that focuses on releasing tension in the skull and spinal system.
Inspired by her own babies with tongue ties, Zen is trained in infant CFT and is a certified doula as well. She also loves working with the neurodivergent community, supporting children and adults with nervous system resetting with CFT. This modality also supports clients with migraines, trauma integration, anxiety and burnout, and Zen is passionate about creating a caring and healing environment for her clients.
In addition to this specialization, she is also skilled in deep tissue hip and glute work for low back pain and sciatica, as well as neck and shoulder pain such as those from desk jobs and stressful work environments.
Zen's work is deeply intuitive, and she excels at working through chronic or acute pain challenges.
She has a pitbull, a 3 legged cat, and two wild children, so she knows how important it is to schedule your self care!
