My passion for the body began in 2005 when I started my PTA (physical therapist assistant) degree through Missouri Western State University. Upon graduation in 2007, I had a 15 year career as a licensed PTA treating a wide variety of patients in various medical settings to include: women's health, ICU, acute in hospital rehab, oncology, home health, wound care, skilled nursing facilities, long term care, memory care, outpatient and sports rehab. I continued my study of the body in 2013, when I became a certified lymphedema therapist (vodder technique) through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. I also graduated in 2013 with my bachelors in Health Services Management from East Carolina University.
In 2021, I felt the need for a change. I knew I still felt my passion and love of the body, but found myself falling out of love with the standardized healthcare system. I looked back over my years as a PTA and realized my favorite part of my job was when I was using my hands to help people. When I had the opportunity to use my hands to help ease someone's pain, comfort them, or help them get to a higher state of function and movement. That's when I knew Massage Therapy was the next chapter in my story.
I am so grateful for all of the patients I met along the way, for they are the ones who have molded me into the person and massage therapist I am today. I know I was supposed to be the one helping them, but when I look back over the years I realize they were the ones teaching and helping me. -Kelly

A little about Angie: She grew up on a farm, attended a small-town school, and is a proud graduate of the Omaha School of Massage Therapy. Angie is married with two children and loves how her career connects her to her clients' journeys.

Hi, I’m Kayla! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and Occupational Therapy Assistant. I truly love working with people and am dedicated to offering inclusive, individualized care that helps each client feel seen, supported, and cared for.
While I enjoy a variety of modalities, I have a special passion for Manual Lymphatic Drainage, a gentle yet powerful technique that supports the body’s natural healing processes. My approach to care is always person-centered, with the goal of helping clients feel more comfortable and at ease in their bodies.
When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me running along one of Lincoln’s many trails, spending time with my family (including two goofy pups!), or curled up with a good book. I’m so excited to meet you and to be part of your wellness journey!
Tiffany brings a unique and holistic approach to therapeutic massage, backed by her Associate of Applied Science in Massage Therapy and 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. Tiffany’s extensive training from continuing education workshops, orthobionomy training, hands-on bodywork, and yoga instruction allows her to provide highly customized sessions tailored to each client’s individual needs.
From the very start, Tiffany takes time to check in with clients, understand their goals, and create a personalized plan for healing. Tiffany specializes in therapeutic massage techniques that work with the nervous system to support the body’s natural ability to heal and self-correct. She has received training in Orthobionomy through continuing education courses. Her approach starts with gentle pressure and works deeper as the body allows, ensuring minimal to no discomfort while achieving effective results.
